Sheraton Manila Hotel – We always see the Sheraton Pasay logo outside the building, so we’re curious about what Sheraton Manila Hotel has to offer that others don’t have. Below are some notable reasons why we love it!
First, don’t be confused, Sheraton Manila Bay is different from Sheraton Manila Hotel. To make it easier for you, the Manila Bay is in Malate, while the Sheraton Manila is in Pasay, near Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Sheraton Hotel rates

When you hear Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, you immediately know you’re in for a real treat because of the quality it boasts. Upon checking, I didn’t find any reliable Sheraton Hotel reviews online, so here I am sharing our experience which I think everyone should know.
I know that a night at the Sheraton Hotel Manila is not that cheap, but if you can maximize your stay then you should do so. And if you’re like me, who loves reading, and wants to know more about Sheraton, then this post is for you!

3 Notable Reasons why we love Sheraton Manila Hotel
Obviously not the price, but what we love about Sheraton Manila Hotel are the little things not commonly seen by other people. And let’s not drag further, and go directly to my list.
- Spacious Sheraton Hotel Manila Deluxe room
Located at Newport World Resorts, Sheraton Manila Hotel is a place you can definitely expect to get great service and excellent amenities. It’s right across the NAIA Terminal 3 so you can see the airport runway and expect to see planes landing and taking off from some of the hallway windows.

We booked a Deluxe room with 2 double beds placed in the middle of a spacious room. A single sofa chair and an ottoman are on the side for if you want to relax. Of course, a working station is also available if you still need to complete some unfinished job.

We had a pool view on the window, so we could see if the pool was crowded (thankfully it wasn’t during our stay). And the tall buildings in front surely added to the design you can watch as you sip a hot cup of coffee in the afternoon.

The toilet was separated from the shower area, so you can pretty much do anything inside with your loved one. I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t have a bathtub inside (not sure though if other rooms have it).

Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay because the ambiance and the view from the window was enough to make me forget all my worries and problems. Of course, the room was equipped with the basic toiletries you will need – shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, dental kit, vanity kit, shower cap, and a mini body lotion bottle.

- Complete Sheraton Hotel amenities
Apart from the soft bed and freshly laundered blankets, another thing I like about staying at hotels is the amenities they have. And that’s one of the reasons we love staycations, the freedom to relax and have everything readily accessible!
To keep things easier for us parents, many hotels in the Philippines offer a variety of amenities such as pools, water parks, and playrooms (that even cater to older kids’ needs). So here’s what to expect if you plan to stay at the Sheraton Hotel Pasay.
Kids Club

Now that I have a kid, I’m always on the lookout for a kids’ playground in almost everywhere we go. While we adults get to enjoy a relaxing weekend, my son also get to enjoy things not found at home.
Thankfully, many kids’ play area have lots of different toys he doesn’t have, so he’s always excited to go to outdoor and indoor playgounds. Sheraton Hotel Kids Club is a small play space that would keep young kids busy for about 30 minutes to 2 hours.

There’s a mini climbing and sliding area, a TV with Paw Patrol show, and a small table and chairs where children can play with dinosaurs (also found inside). We also found cute rocking horses and bean bags to rest.
On the other side, there are game consoles for older kids to play with. All these for free if you’re checked-in at Sheraton Philippines.
Kids Club opening hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Swimming Pool

Sheraton Manila Hotel’s swimming pool is a very aesthetic place where you can take Instagrammable photos to update your profile picture. The huge pool that’s not that deep can accommodate a lot of people, especially during peak time, because there’s a lot of space.

But do take note that the Sheraton swimming pool is shared with Hilton Hotel guests too. So, if you want to enjoy your swim, manage your time and expectations especially during summer.

There are many pool chairs placed in a specially-made poolside area – so you can cool yourself while sunbathing. The ankle-deep water will ensure that you’ll feel like inside the pool without getting wet.
There’s a lap pool in the middle if you want to burn some calories but you can always stay on the pool stairs if you just want to rest during your vacation.
Gym

If there’s a play area for kids, there’s also a place where adults and parents can play.
In the fitness area, there are lots of things you can do. There’s treadmill, bench press, and lots of different strength-training weights you can use.
There are also many other areas like lat pull down machines and shoulder press machines. Just check the photos I attached, because I might be wrong. Haha
- Finding whole buko fruit at Sheraton Hotel breakfast buffet
We try to wake up a little bit early during hotel breakfasts so we could eat slowly and enjoy each bite. Apart from that, it’s also very helpful that there are less people when you go there early.

It was 7:30 AM when we arrived at the Sheraton Hotel buffet restaurant, and it’s noticeable that the place was almost empty. Among all the other hotel breakfast buffets we had, Sheraton Manila Hotel is one of the top on the list.
If you’re planning to spend on Sheraton Hotel breakfast buffet price, then you can be sure that what you’re paying for is worth it. While the place might not look that big for their buffet, it surprisingly has a lot to offer.

Nearest the entrance, you’ll find Japanese cuisine with makis, fresh green salads, and some pickled veggies as a starter. Moving on, you’ll see Western cuisine with cheese and some deadly and tasty cured meat.

Various types of mixed salads are available – from all over the world. Next, a pumpkin soup with croutons, and then stir-fried veggies next to it. Beside the healthy food are bacon and honey glazed ham.
Of course, breakfast can’t be complete without the egg station, and you’ll be surprised by how many toppings you can add to your omelet!

Sheraton Manila Hotel breakfast buffet also includes Korean dishes, dimsum and noodle soup popularized by the Chinese. Although I’m not a fan, I was glad there are also Indian cuisine in Sheraton Manila Hotel breakfast buffet. (Not all hotels have it)
But you can’t be full just yet, because there are still Filipino dishes coming your way. Think about pork tocino, chicken pastel, and fried bangus (milkfish). There are even danggit and Filipino salad – the one with green mango and salted egg.
Hot pots full of carbs from Filipino cuisine like arroz caldo, garlic fried rice, and white rice end the Filipino section.

For drinks, you can have fruit juices, infused water, and milk. Of course there’s coffee too, and even chocolate de batirol! But what sets Sheraton Manila Hotel breakfast menu is that it even includes buko juice on the list – and a whole buko fruit at that!
But never forget that there’s still the bread station where you can get so many delish breads and pastries! Some more Filipino kakainins (rice cakes) are also placed in that section, but you’ll also find many Western variant pastries there!
Did I tell you that there’s taho too? Now you know!
Sheraton Manila Hotel breakfast hours: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Sheraton Manila Hotel review conclusion
After our experience at one Sheraton Hotel Philippines, I won’t think twice about checking the other Sheraton Hotel branch out. The 5-star hotel will surely make you want to have a great time and have a relaxing stay.
While finding a whole buko fruit might not make you love Sheraton Manila Hotel like us, I’m sure you’ll still appreciate the amenities and the relaxing ambiance you’ll feel once inside.
