Clark Marriott Hotel, Philippines – Pampanga has been one of our go-to places when we want to have a relaxing time. After spending 2 nights at Marriot Hotel Clark, we definitely forgot all the stresses we left behind in the city.
To celebrate my birthday, we decided to book a 2-night stay at the Marriott Clark Philippines. The 5-star hotel is located very near the Clark International Airport, so if you’re flying somewhere from the CIA and have a lot of time to spare, you can visit the Clark Marriott Hotel.
After traveling for about 2 hours, we finally arrived at the renowned tourist destination. Clark Pampanga is still covered with greens (which might change in a few year’s time) so it’s a great place to visit if you want to chill and relax over the weekend.
Previously, we stayed at the Widus Hotel and Casino, which can be found opposite the Marriott Clark Hotel. You can transfer to both hotels without exiting one because they are connected.
Moreover, we were also able to visit Swissotel Clark Philippines by passing through the Marriott Hotel.

Clark Marriott Hotel Restaurants
Marriott Hotel Clark restaurants showcase different cuisines to cater to your cravings. There’s Cantonese, Korean, and Intercontinental cuisines, so you need not leave the place during your stay.
Goji Kitchen + Bar
When you book a room with a breakfast buffet, you’ll eat at the Goji Kitchen + Bar. The restaurant requires customers to wear a casual dress code to maintain its classy ambiance.
There’s a lot you’ll find on the Goji Kitchen Bar menu. We tried it one night and we had a wonderful dinner buffet because most of the food they served tasted great! Best of all, children below 5 get to eat for free!
On the other hand, children 6 to 12 can eat for half the price.
If you love seafood, better to try Goji Kitchen + Bar’s Surf and Turf weekend, which you can avail of from Fridays through Sundays at dinner time. They even have lobsters served along with shrimp, crab, and other shells.

Smoki Moto
I’m not surprised to see an authentic Korean restaurant in Clark, Pampanga. For one, the rise of kdrama series has been evident over the past years. Another thing is that many Koreans have been residing in the area.
However, we weren’t able to try it out during our recent visit just because we weren’t up for Korean cuisine at that time. Maybe we’ll try it the next time we decide to go back to give you a more complete Marriott Hotel Clark restaurant menu.

Urban Coffee
I haven’t seen any hotel without a coffee shop yet, or is there? But Clark Marriott Hotel definitely wouldn’t let any coffee addicts go home crying. They offer a wide variety of coffee flavors, pastries, and even milk teas!

One thing that we consider when booking a hotel is the amenities it offers. So, what to expect when you go to Marriott Hotel Clark? Below is a list of things to do:
Fitness Center
People have never been more conscious about the way they look and health, especially nowadays when you don’t know when sickness is just around the place. Thankfully, fitness centers are found in most hotels, and in one of Clark Marriott Hotel amenities.
Quan Spa
Just beside the Fitness Center, you’ll find Quan Spa, a place where you can relieve your body aches and pain. You can get body scrubs and wraps, and enjoy a relaxing time at the whirlpool spa, steam room, and sauna.

Outdoor Pool
We’re sad that the Kid’s Zone is closed in the meantime, but thankfully, there’s an outdoor pool where our toddler can showcase his swimming skills. There’s even a kiddie pool where young children who are afraid of the large pool play.
The pool operates from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, which can be found on the 2nd floor.
Deluxe Room with a Pool View
We booked a Deluxe Room with a pool view on our first night at the Marriott Hotel Clark Pampanga. Upon arriving at the reception, we didn’t have to wait long because it was an off-peak day.
While waiting for the receptionist to process our stay, a staff came and gave us an ice-cold welcome drink. The sparkling cucumber juice is definitely needed after a long drive, and it certainly will make any hot head cool!
After the staff confirmed our reservation, she immediately gave us our room key, and we excitedly went to the elevator to check out our room.
The 40-square meter room contained a couch situated near the glass window, which amused me the most. It’s perfect for my “me-time” moments when I view the city, especially at night.
The 2 double beds offer great spaces for adults who want to work or do their stuff on one bed, while their children fill the other double bed with toys. It’s a win-win situation for parents with busy toddlers too!
While we didn’t have a bathtub in the bathroom, the spacious shower room is enough for bathtime play for your little one. My toddler enjoyed playing with his bubble gun in it.
Also, what’s important is that the toiletries are all complete. There’s even a mouthwash and an alcohol wipes in the toiletry box. I couldn’t ask for more!
The bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all made of natural ingredients, and they smelled so great, that made me want to take a shower over and over!
Oh, and the coffee offered in the pantry is a drip coffee, with Ichiban blend and Decaf, so you can enjoy your hot or cold cup day or night. Oolong and Ceylon breakfast tea are also available for non-coffee drinkers.
But before I forget, there’s even a welcome chocolate bar that’s 64% dark chocolate for a guilt-free snacking.
After we’ve rested, we decided to take a dip in the pool. Our toddler squealed in delight as that’s what he has been looking for since arriving at Clark Marriott Hotel. He changed attire without hesitation and we went down to the pool.
It was gloomy when we went outdoors to the pool, and drizzles of rain started pouring. We didn’t mind the rain because our son was enjoying his swim. However, soon after, the rain kept getting stronger until the staff called us all in to avoid any unwanted events.
He told us he’d inform us when it’s safe to swim again in the pool. So, we dried up and left. Hubby fell asleep while waiting for the call. However, our son didn’t sleep a wink. At 5 PM, the staff rang and told us we could go back to the pool, but we already showered and just decided to skip swimming that afternoon.
We didn’t leave that evening for dinner as we saw that the parking was full. We were afraid we’d have a hard time parking after eating, so we decided to have our food delivered to us instead.
And since my son didn’t take a nap that afternoon, it was around 10 PM when he dozed off.
The next morning, we all woke up refreshed earlier than usual. So, we went to have a breakfast buffet at the Goji Kitchen + Bar. After eating, we packed our things, since we were moving to another room for a different experience.
Day 1 of Clark Marriott Hotel Pampanga Review Conclusion
Because of the exceptional service the hotel offers, we can say that the Clark Marriott Hotel price you’ll pay is worth every cent. The first day of our stay in Clark Marriott Hotel in a Deluxe Room is one of the best and it’s great for small families who want to have a relaxing vacation.
