The Coze Cafe – My sister has been raving about how great The Coze Cafe is. And after we tried it, it was surely a place to go if you want both coffee and cocktail nights along with a live acoustic experience.

Happy hour and acoustic nights
We’re not alcoholics, but we do try them every now and then, especially if there’s a buy 1 take 1 promo! The Coze Cafe offers BOGO on cocktails everyday from 3 PM to 9 PM. And we just couldn’t let go of the free, because who does right?

We were also serenaded by acoustic music, which happens every Saturday at 8 PM! So, if you love listening to live feel-good music, it’s best to visit The Coze Cafe during that day and time.

The Coze Cafe Banawe menu
Seeing The Coze Cafe menu, we couldn’t help but be overwhelmed by the so much great-looking food there is. So we just went with the classics to fill our growling stomach!
The classic burger

What to order when in The Coze Cafe but a Western dish that’s very easy to love – which is easily classified as a burger. And while I was actually torn between the burger and the clubhouse, I finally gave in and chose burger because I love beef patties more – plus, it’s included in The Coze Cafe photos on the menu!

The Classic burger (PHP 580 or 9.74 USD) came with a good amount of large-cut fries, which is perfect if you’re dining with your kids!
Ribeye deluxe
The next thing that we decided on was whether to get a steak or the bagnet. In the end, we chose ribeye deluxe, cause again, it’s beef. We can try the bagnet the next time we go back, but in the meantime, I have to satisfy my beef cravings first!

350 grams of ribeye (PHP 980 or 16.46 USD) was cooked to our medium well preference, and it was topped with butter, making it irresistible! On the side, there are loads of fries, a lot of gravy, and chimichurri. I love the herby taste of the dipping sauce, and it, along with the gravy, divided my heart into 2!

Sangria
I’m not familiar with any of the other cocktail drinks (yeah, I’m not knowledgeable in this), so we ordered sangria. The most common for our palate is the one we chose, so we could compare it with the others we tried.

We liked that The Coze Cafe’s sangria isn’t that sweet, so it’s more guilt-free! Add to that that it’s on sale, so you can surely have a happy hour!
Private room

Want more quiet and private space? The Coze Cafe has got you covered!

On the second floor, there’s a space for you to have a private space if you want the place all to yourselves. I like that their ambiance is relaxing, and then there’s the window, where you can view the road if you want to look far and forget about your stresses.

The Coze Cafe reviews conclusion

Other great tasting restaurants
We love comfort food, and when a restaurant has burger, pizza, pasta, and steak, you know that you’re going to have a great time there. Below are some more places you can experience comforting dishes!
Gufo Cafe and Lounge

One of the least crowded places in Banawe, Gufo Cafe should be marketed more. We love how good their food is, but most of all, the quiet vibes you get if you just want to think about life. Check the food we tried here.
Single Origin

Another place to visit if you want that perfect ambiance and chill vibe is Single Origin. We love how we could go there during off-peak hours and have a blast – because we don’t want that crowded place.
1919 Grand Cafe

Our recent discovery is 1919 Grand Cafe, and while it was already there for so long, I realized we were missing out on a lot! Apart from the yummy dishes, the place is also very Grand (very fitting of its name!). So make sure to check it out if you went to Binondo!
