The souvenir shop offers lots of goodies (and majority of them are the famous snacks even from different Sapporo Hokkaido attractions. So, in case you weren’t able to buy them during your visit, you can get them here.

One of the famous attractions in Sapporo, Japan, is the Clock Tower. And when you’re visiting Sapporo TV Tower, and want to visit the Clock Tower, you’re in luck! Because they are just 15-minute walk apart.

Of course, it still depends on how fast you walk, but the 2 Sapporo tourist attractions are only separated by the Odori Park. They are only 400 to 500 meters apart, so you won’t sweat it out when going to both places especially during winter!

Top attractions in Sapporo
Anong the many Sapporo tourist spots in winter, we visited the ones that I found interesting. Check them out below!
Odori Park

When you hear Sapporo, Odori Park might be one of those places you think about. Because that’s where the famous Sapporo Winter Festival is being held yearly.
Every year of February, you get to witness different beautiful ice sculptures made by different participants — and they’re competiting with one another to be the best.
Make sure to drop by Odori Park when you go there especially in winter!
Sapporo Clock Tower

You might wonder why Sapporo Clock Tower is famous — the main reason is that it’s the oldest clock tower in Japan as of 2021. Its building was built during the early development of Sapporo in 1878 and inside is where you’ll find stories of the past.
Sapporo Beer Museum
Ready to learn more about the famous Sapporo beer? Then you should visit this place!

Nowhere in Japan will you find a museum that focuses mainly in beers, and if you love drinking beers, you’ll be fascinated about how it all started.

Tanukikoji Shopping Street

Going to Japan without visiting it’s shopping street is one of the biggest mistake you can do. And at Sapporo, Tanukikoji Shopping Street is where you’ll find anything that you may need.
One of Hokkaido’s shopping streets, this 900-meter long shopping area offers about 200 shops. I’m sure you won’t leave the area emptyhanded!
Mt.Moiwa
I love movies especially when they’re featuring a place you’ve never been to. When I was making our Sapporo itinerary, I knew I had to watch the Filipino movie “Kita Kita” on Netflix.
And it’s one of the reasons we went to Mt Moiwa!
Noboribetsu, Lake Toya Tour

I don’t know why I’m so fascinated by the hot fumes coming out of floor or mountains. But this tout definitely is one of the those you wouldn’t think about getting, but eventually loves it along the way. Because not only you’ll visit this nice hell valley, but you’ll also see stunning sights at Lake Toya and Shikotsuko.
Apart from that, you’ll also get to feed black bears in one of your stops. Read more about our experience here.
