Hilton Manila, Philippines — For the record, I’ve been making reviews of hotels near NAIA Terminal 3, and it’s been a pleasure to stay at these hotels. So, now, I want to give a review of Hilton Manila, to be able to compare the hotels we’ve stayed at.
Before transferring to Hilton Manila, we stayed a night at Holiday Inn Express. And while both have different areas to boast, these hotels have one thing in common – they’re easily accessible from the Manila airport.
Apart from these 2, we also went to Hotel Okura and Sheraton Manila Hotel. So, be sure to check them all before deciding where to stay!

Hilton Manila location
These Newport City hotels are conveniently located beside one another. So, if you want to try them all, you can do so without the hassle! Just unpack and pack your things and walk. It’s that easy!

Amenities
Okay, let’s head to the amenities part of this post because that’s what you’re here for!
Large bedroom
Hilton Manila standard room is 40 sq meters in size, so you can move around freely without bumping into each other. If you’re used to Japan hotels that are cute in size, in here, you’re in for a surprise.
A couch is beside the window so you can have coffee if you don’t want to just lie down on the bed.
And then, there’s a space for you to pack your luggage – they even have an extra bench for you to sit. But where you can also put your luggage for easy packing.
Toilet with bathtub
I can’t stress enough how spacious their bathroom is!
Apart from the separate shower area and toilet, there’s even a bathtub that’s perfect if you have kids! Bring your bubble bath or bath bombs for that more relaxing stay!
Large pool
Shared with Sheraton Manila Hotel, Hilton Manila’s pool is huge. However, do take note that it might get crowded during peak days. Although during our visit at the 2 hotels, they weren’t crowded to the point of you leaving the area so soon.
The pool is partly heated so you won’t be scared of suddenly jumping in during the rainy season. But our secret to this is take a quick shower first to cool your body before jumping in. You’re welcome!
Delish breakfast buffet
Everything’s great in the Hilton Manila breakfast buffet.
They have a section of Filipino dishes – from famous tocino, tapa, and the likes, they also have pinoy delicacies like kakanins, and even ensaymadas!
But something not to miss are the other dishes as well. I like that they have a lot to choose from, and so be there early if you want to take many different rounds.
Kiddie play area in breakfast
It’s hard to appreciate kiddie play areas if you don’t have kids, but if you’re used to being with kids, I’m sure this can help you a lot!
Especially if you want to enjoy your Hilton Manila breakfast buffet, you can let your kids run wild and spend hours in the kiddie area while you stuff yourself! The kiddie play area is found upon entering the breakfast restaurant.
Executive Lounge
You have Hilton Manila lounge access if you booked executive lounge or suite rooms. Children 5 years old and below can enjoy the lounge for free, while kids 6 to 12 years old get half the price.

Near Newport Mall
Just like Hotel Okura, Sheraton Manila Hotel, and Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Manila is also walkable from Newport Mall.
These hotels are nearby one another, so you can get to their lobbies without long walks.
