Yakinikuya Daibokujo branches

If you ask me, “Which is the best unlimited yakiniku in Osaka?,” it will be hard to answer. First, the question is very subjective, so what’s delicious for me might not be for you. But all I can say is that, I’m sure we’ll go back to Yakinikuya Daibokujo.

We could probably visit its other branch, so we could compare whether they’re serving same quality of food. But you’re in Japan, so why doubt?

Tanimaqi branch

The branch we went to was the Yakinikuya Daibokujo Tanimaqi branch. Thanks to Google maps, we didn’t get lost finding it. (Get pocket WIFI here so you’re always connected anywhere you go!)

Nippombashi

If you frequent Namba or Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street, then going to the Nippombashi branch will be a haste. Upon checking, it’s very near Dotonbori as well, so I’m sure you won’t have a hard time finding it.

But, apart from being near Osaka tourist spots, the Nippombashi branch looks like it’s bigger than the other branch. So, if you’re traveling with a big group, I believe it would be the better choice.

Yakinikuya Daibokujo menu

It took me quite a while to write this wagyu yakiniku Osaka Klook review, but I finally found the time to finally write about my thoughts on this.

Apart from the great meat, what I liked about this unlimited yakiniku Osaka menu is the different food included like bibimbap, soup, and endless soda, to ensure you’re leaving fully loaded.

Quality beef

I’m sure you’re dying to know whether the price 2,500 PHP (42.47 USD) is worth it. If you’re like us who love munching on beef after beef, then this Klook voucher is definitely well worth the money.

We purchased the cheapest black wagyu all-you-can-eat but you can get an even higher quality meat if you buy the kobe beef unlimited meat. But if you’re budget is quite tight, you can go with their cheapest, and you’ll be having a great night, I assure you!

Pork and chicken

If you got tired of eating beef, you can order pork and chicken slices as well. However, since our target is beef, we didn’t request this from the staff.

Seafood

Yakinikuya Daibokujo menu also offers seafood like shrimp, scallops, and squid. We tried the scallops and were amazed by how big they were!

Other dishes

Apart from the protein sources, we also ordered quite a few of the other dishes Daibokujo Yakinikuya has. Since our son loves the fried chicken karaage, we ordered that, and he ate a lot of it.

And, no, they aren’t the cheap karaage – using breast part. Instead, what we got are legit deep fried boneless chicken thighs that were very flavorful!

We also tried the seaweed and egg soup, and it’s a little bit spicy, so better to ask your server first before ordering!

Another thing that caught my eye on the cheap yakiniku Osaka menu was the stone-grilled bibimbap with cheese. Just look at it oozing on top of the rice bowl!

Dessert

A yakiniku buffet Osaka can’t be complete without desserts! And since we’re in Japan, we ordered matcha ice cream. And they were so yummy you could order them again and again.

But, of course, you have to take note of the time – if you still have some left – since you’re only allowed to order only for 90 minutes (and have 30 more minutes left to finish them!). Make sure to watch your time.

Yakinikuya Daibokujo review conclusion

You might think that the Yakinikuya Daibokujo price is pricey, but I tell you that what you’re paying for is quality food. So, if you love eating yakiniku and want to fully enjoy your Osaka trip, then, you should try Yakinikuya Daibokujo.

Is this the best yakiniku buffet Osaka can offer? Probably yes, probably no.
