Flight of Dreams getting there
I was busy taking lots of Chubu Centrair International Airport photos as soon as we got our luggages from the conveyor belt. Wanting to get to the city ASAP, we were looking everywhere to get out.
However, as soon as we got out, hubby suddenly asked about Flight of Dreams he had seen in other vloggers videos.
We were almost seconds away from riding the Nagoya train to get to the city! After scanning the QR code of the train ticket we bought from Klook, hubby suddenly remembered about the Flight of Dreams. And that’s the time I remembered all about it.

We were dumbfounded upon learning that we just exited and won’t be able to get to Flight of Dreams because it’s inside the Nagoya Airport map. Uh oh!
So, we humbly sought the assistance from the staff, and asked them if we could reuse the same QR code again later after checking the Flight of Dreams. He went in and asked the higher, and he gleefully came back, and told us we could!
It’s these types of things that helps to restore faith in humanity! One of the reasons we keep coming back to Japan is because of their hospitality!
We happily went back in to go to our destination.
So, the question is, how do you get to Flight of Dreams? In reality, it’s very easy to get there. All you have to do is to follow the instructions inside the Nagoya Airport attractions map, and you can get there in no time.
At about 15 minutes, you’ll be enjoying a nice place where your kids wouldn’t want to leave, and eat at the restaurants there as well.

Flight of Dreams location: Chubu Centrair International Airport Terminal 2
Terminal 1 is just a short walk from there, but there are also free shuttle buses you can ride going to and fro.
What to see
You might think that all you could see inside Flight of Dreams is an airplane and it’d be just a waste of time. But, apparently, there’s really more inside, and we even spent almost an hour because of the enjoyment of our son!
Boeing 787 Dreamliner

The first thing you’ll notice (and I’m sure everyone will) is the huge airplane displayed, called Boeing 787 Dreamliner. In the Flight Park, not only you can get upclose to a real airplane, but also be able to go inside the cockpit area (see flight simulator) and imagine how a pilot works.
And you know what, it’s totally free!
Indoor playground

Never ending play is what Flight of Dreams Japan wants your children to enoy!
So many kiddie activity like wall climbing, zipline, foot-peddled rides, and many more to keep wake their spirits especially after that long tiring flight.
Not only that, but there is also a space for younger kids to play.
A toddler or baby section that’s safe enough to leave your young kids to play while you rest in the table and chairs on the side. Your children can draw, play with soft padded blocks, and go down the mini slides without you worrying about a single thing.

Of course, it’s still best to watch them play.
And then there’s a mini traffic control tower to make your young ones feel like they’re working on a real one! Pretty cute!
Net playground
If your kids are on the adventurous side, you might want to spend 300 JPY (112.94 PHP) for a short time to play in the net playground. The 6-meter net trampoline would surely keep your child’s adrenaline going!
Flight simulator
Want to know what it feels like sitting at the cockpit?

No need to wonder about it anymore! Because at Flight of Dreams, you can enter this place and see from the pilot’s point of view! I loved how you can see the buttons they have to navigate to ensure that passengers all reach their destination safely!

And while all the terms displayed about the buttons overwhelm us, it kind of reminds us to appreciate each and every staff on the flight!
Painting display

During our visit, we saw some paintings on display, and it seemed like kids
Souvenir shop
One of Nagoya Airport shops you shouldn’t miss is this one found near the Flight of Dreams! The wide range of airplane toys, plushies, and many different aviation souvenirs great for gifts or personal keepsake, will make you want to collect them all!

Flight of Dream opening hours
It’s imporant to take note of the opening hours of Flight of Dreams to plan your travel. Know that they open from 10 AM to 5 PM so if ever you’re booking your flight, you can choose the right time to get there to maximize your Chubu Centrair International Airport tour.
