Hoshino Coffee Menu: Guaranteed To Make You Drool

Hoshino Coffee, Greenhills—It’s always fun to try new things, especially food! My sister raved about Hoshino Coffee and told us we should try it. I think we’ll be returning there soon!

It’s not every week that we get to go to eat at Greenhills restaurants. However, one day, we decided to visit the newly built mall so we can have a look at what’s inside.

As a food blogger, I was also curious about the Greenhills Tower restaurants so we could try them out one by one. The first thing that came to my mind was Hoshino Coffee.

Hoshino Coffee Philippines

Located in the new Greenhills Mall, Hoshino Cafe is a place to enjoy various Japanese dishes without flying out of the country. Inspired by Doutor Coffee, Hoshino Coffee owner, Nippon Restaurant System, founded the restaurant.

Hoshino Coffee’s specialty is coffee, obvious in its name.

More than coffee, Hoshino Coffee menu also offers other thirst-quenching drinks like teas and fruit teas. The owner’s goal is to satisfy every human’s needs and wants, thus including lots of non-caffeinated beverages on their menu.

But apart from the cold (and hot) drinks, Hoshino also offers delectable dishes that you don’t see often at any other Japanese restaurant here in the Philippines.

Care to try Sukiyaki Spaghetti?

If you think your wallet will go empty when you dine at Hoshino Coffee, then you’d be surprised to find quite affordable dishes that will make you feel full. Every order has a lot of serving, good for 2 people, so you don’t have to worry about the need to order a lot.

But if you’re starving, you can order everything that your eyes feast on. Here’s the Hoshino Coffee menu (Greenhills) so you don’t have to find them.

Of course, aside from the whole Hoshino menu, I’m sharing what we ordered during our visit.

Sukiyaki Spaghetti

I heard from my sibling that that the Sukiyaki Spaghetti is good!

So I couldn’t not order it after checking it out on the menu. When I saw it, I knew I don’t have to post separate photos of expectation vs reality. What you see is what you get, and that’s what I love about a legit Japanese restaurant!

They not only make you drool for the delectable photos, but they give you what you’re expecting!

When our order arrived, I quickly took photos (of course!) and immediately wanted to take a bite. I tried it and it was something I knew I couldn’t stop eating! Can you imagine eating the classic sukiyaki but the noodles are pasta?

That’s how the Sukiyaki Spaghetti tastes like. So if you’re burning with curiosity, you should head on to Hoshino Coffee GH Mall!

Brunch Plate with Pork Cutlet

It’s not my food blog if there’s no protein in our orders. We tried the Brunch Plate with Pork Cutlet because it’s what caught my attention.

You know why?

Because aside from the yummy pork cutlet on the Hoshino price menu, I saw the souffle pancake on the side, then there’s the side salad, and a scrambled egg.

Not to mention that there’s a gooey cheese on top of the pork cutlet! Then there’s the small serving of french fries too!

So what can I say about this order? Simply, perfect. You have everything you want in a single order. Because, why not?

Chicken Karaage

My son was starving when we got our seats, so we immediately ordered his all-time favorite Chicken Karaage.

When it arrived, the classic chicken karaage scent brought back memories of Japan. And the crunchy outer coating plus the warm juicy chicken thigh meat inside already made me full. Of course, majority of the pieces went to our son’s stomach!

If you haven’t tried a legit chicken karaage, this is the place to be!

Hojicha

I first learned about Hojicha from the famous coffee chain here in the Philippines, known as Starbucks. They had it for a limited time only, and sadly, they haven’t brought it back to their menu. (Or is it back? I haven’t been to their place in a very long time!)

Now that I’ve seen it once again, I decided we order it instead of our usual matcha drink

A relative of matcha, hojicha is also green tea with a distinctive flavor due to the way it is made. It has a rich, nutty, and slightly smoky taste, a little bit different from matcha

To make hojicha, one roasts the tea leaves in a porcelain pot over charcoal. Hojicha also contains vitamins A, C, and E – which are helpful to our immune system. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

Hoshino Coffee Review Conclusion

I haven’t tried Hoshino Coffee Japan before so I can’t compare whether the food here and in Japan have the same quality. What I can say is that Hoshino Coffee Philippines menu has a lot of legit Japanese dishes you wouldn’t usually find in other Japanese restaurants here.

And while we have only tried a few of the yummy dishes, we can tell you that it’s worth the try. I’ll give this post an update the next time we visit, so I can give more food reviews.

Meanwhile, I hope you learned something new from this post. And I love to hear your thoughts in the comment section below!
