Kaokee Singaporean Kitchen menu

I don’t always crave Singapore cuisine, and it was hubby’s idea to check Kaokee menu Makati, but there’s no regret. They have most of the famous food Singapore has, but you can enjoy them not out in the heat, but in an airconditioned restaurant.

The Kaokee menu price has so much to offer, from breakfast menu and toasts to Singaporean coffee, and then, of course, they have Hainanese chicken, noodles, soup, and other hot dishes. Don’t go to Kaokee Singaporean Kitchen if you’re famished, else, you’d end up ordering all of them!

Hainanese Chicken

Hainanese chicken will always have a special place in hubby’s heart. He loves them, but most especially when the chicken meat is very tasty, that’s when you’ll know you’ve found a legit popular food in Singapore.

Served on top of generous amount of cabbage, the yellow chicken can be enjoyed along with the sauces included. You will get the most typical Hainanese chicken sauces: ginger sauce, dark sauce, and chili sauce.

Eat them with a hot cup of rice or enjoy the white chicken on its own, and you’ll surely forget about your diet!

Salted Egg Squid

A dish that caught my eye on the Kaokee menu price was the salted egg squid. I dunno why, but for some reason, I love how the crunchy outer coating of the dish blends so perfectly with the salted egg sauce.

You have to be a bit cautious, though, when eating this dish, because it could make your blood pressure rise due to the amount of salted egg they added. But this warm and filling dish will definitely make you want to eat more rice!

Char Kway Teow

A food of Singapore you should know about is char kway teow. If you love noodles, you’ll surely love this sweet and savory Chinese-style noodles. And no, this stir-fried flat noodles isn’t a dry one, because sauce and oil coats each strand ensuring smooth movement along your digestive system.

Egg tart

I made sure to include egg tart in my Kaokee photos, because you might be curious about how their’s look like. And although it doesn’t look too appetizing, I assure you that the taste is great. We even bought some for take out, so go ahead and buy this dessert if you love egg tarts.
