Suffuse Snack House menu and prices

Singapore street food always brings out that relaxing feel and vibe. The bouncy fish balls and soft udon noodles found in laksa, and the salted egg squid, shrimp, or even chicken, balances out the flavors in your palate, making you eat more.

But what’s so special about Suffuse restaurant is that it brings comfort in every dish they serve, plus that vibrant lights and sound in your surroundings.

I like the colorful light display on the walls plus the nostalgic feel of the whole area. The metal wirings on the walls add to the old house decor we used to see in old restaurants.

The red Chinese lanterns displayed also remind us of the Chinese culture especially when celebrating Chinese New Year. Add to that, the yellow round lamp posts that light up the dark streets when going back home back in the day.

What we ordered on the Suffuse Banawe menu
So what’s there to order on the Suffuse Singapore restaurant menu?
A lot!
You’ll find short orders, snacks, some dimsum, and dry noodles. Of course, there are vegetable dishes too for people who want to eat healthy. Apart from dry noodles, there are also noodle soup, aka wet noodles, and stir-fried noodles too.
However, if you prefer rice over noodles, you can have them too! There are rice meals and varied types of fried rice on the menu. If you still can’t decide which to try during your visit, then you can check out what we ordered below!
Laksa Sampler

Hubby has never been a fan of laksa – due to its spicy flavor. And when I learned that Suffuse has a single serve laksa, I was eager to try it out! For the price of 149 Php, you can have a bowl full of soft udon noodles, fish balls, crunchy bean sprouts, and that creamy laksa soup.
But what I found in Suffuse’s laksa is that it’s a mix of Singaporean and Malaysian laksa – has that coconut taste and flavor with a bit of a tangy taste. Not really my choice of laksa, but it had a refreshing feeling with every sip.
Salted Egg Squid
Next came the salted egg squid. And I was surprised at the amount of fried squid served to us for the price of 399 Php.

Crunchy bite-sized squid strips served on top of sliced fresh greens and topped with salted egg flavoring will definitely satisfy your salted egg cravings.
The squid are not overcooked and very succulent. Perfectly pairs with plain white rice — except that we don’t habitually order rice.
Taiwan Chicken
Another must-try among the Suffuse restaurant menu is the Taiwan chicken. Served a bit late, the slice of chicken chop is seasoned perfectly — not too bland nor too salty — and comes with a sweet soy sauce on the side.

It reminds me of the one we ate at Yokohama Chinatown, just without the paper packaging because we had the chicken for dine in.
Taiwan Sausage
I’m always a fan of sausages, and when I saw the Taiwan Sausage on Suffuse menu, I knew I had to try it out. Sliced very thinly, each sausage piece is drenched in a sweet soy sauce (same as the chicken chop’s dipping sauce).

On the side is fried mantao drizzled with honey mustard sauce. Both sausages and mantao rest on a bed of fresh lettuce adding that crunch to each bite.

Many Banawe street restaurants offer different kinds of cuisines, and Suffuse is one of the newest Singapore restaurant in Banawe that you ought to try. Affordable and comforting, Suffuse’s dishes make people happy and then the ambiance brings out that Chinese culture vibe.

Other Singapore restaurants in Banawe
Want to try other Singapore restaurant menu? Below are some of them you can find that’s very near Suffuse.
Bugis
When I learned about Suffuse, and heard that it’s a Singaporean restaurant, what came into my mind was Bugis. Because of their similarity in the dishes, I knew I had to compare which one’s better.
After our dinner last night, I think that Bugis has another competitor (the other one is Shiok Shiok) when it comes to serving good dishes at an affordable price.
Eat Fresh
Eat Fresh, for me, is a restaurant where you can have a quick snack and get lots of drink choices. It’s a Singaporean street food place where you can get fish balls, and lots of different balls, and noodles.
The wide selection of drinks it offers will make you want to come back to try them all out!
Shiok Shiok
Shiok Shiok is another great Singaporean restaurant. But what I like best about it is that you can order other dishes from its neighboring restaurant called Tuen Mun Roasts. So apart from the many Singapore dishes in Shiok Shiok, you can also enjoy roastings from its neighbor without having to move places.
